Italian lights outdoor: new functionality and design for outdoors with Menhirs
The combined light and sound system of the Menhir by Essenze di Luce makes the outdoor of a private villa in the Cosenza area both functional and exciting. A modern-style house, characterised by architectural details typical of the Mediterranean region, directly overlooking the sea. Developed entirely on one floor, the house leaves plenty of space for the outdoor area, which, thanks to the mild temperatures in Calabria, is lived in most of the year.
Stake, the floor-standing garden lamp, responded perfectly to the need for technical outdoor lighting: the impeccable solution to give light to the pathway leading from the gate to the entrance door, aligned with the villa’s style. Thanks to the design feature of the vertical, threadlike LED light integrated within the natural stone, the elegant and functional Stake is perfect for residential contexts.
To complete and make the garden functional and beautiful at all hours of the day and night, it was decided to include in the project a balanced mix of italian lights to illuminate the outdoor and architectural details, and garden audio loudspeakers with high sound power, to live the area up to its full potential.
Menhir di Luce Soft and Cross, with different light sections, highlight the key points of the garden and living area, creating diffuse, homogeneous and suggestive outdoor lighting in the evening, and great scenicography impact during the day.
Menhir Sound Pro completed the project in a masterly way: a three-quintal natural stone outdoor loudspeaker with LED lights, neodymium loudspeakers and integrated woofer. Menhirs are placed following a design scheme to allow guests to listen to music in a perfect stereo, high power and hi-fi way, whether they are laying in the living area or swimming in the pool, thanks to its perfect resistance to splashing water and all weather conditions.
